With the rapid development of social economy, power supply capacity existing grid has been far from increasing load demand, especially summer (winter) peak period. The problems such as heavy overload equipment and low voltage line are extremely prominent seriously affects safe stable operation grid. This problem is more serious in rural In order to increase progress, shorten construction cost upgrading transformation traditional grid, a technical scheme proposed this paper by using electrochemical energy storage technology solve local equipment, obvious results have achieved through pilot project.
